Those wanting to rank test, we'll be testing next week, the last week of July. This week will be very forms heavy, with an emphasis on review and polishing of our old forms and the new ones we're working on. If you want a good forms review, whether you're testing or not, this would be a good week to train.  We'll also be having a female only sparring class on Thursday at 5:45.
