Had a really fun time with our online mat chat yesterday! I think we should make it a regular thing until we can see each other in person again.

Today's practice starts with a clever way to practice your form, shorter wall work, a mirror drill, hand skills, and ends with a leg workout and deep stretch. Practice #4!

2nd Home Workout!

First Home Workout

As we go through this adventure together, this is a good time to radically improve our skills. In addition to keeping ourselves in shape, let's let our workouts be stress-relief. Remember! We're in good shape -- we have food, water, electricity, internet and probably a ton of free time! Here's the workout. It's basic but solid. They'll get more advanced as we go. Home Workout #1
LOMA Students and Parents, As much as I hate to do it, it's the smart thing to close in order to heed official warnings and to keep the vulnerable among us as safe as possible.  Students! So we don't get out of practice, I'll be posting home workouts and videos on this blog. This is a way to keep our skills sharp while we're stuck in our homes.
